As a keynote guest speaker, I was honoured to attend the STI Freight Management bi-annual Leadership Meeting in Neuss, Germany, to deliver my presentation on “Organizational Resilience.” It was a pivotal part of their 40th-anniversary leadership meeting agenda.
Keynote Speaker:
My goal was to inspire, share my expertise, and prepare the participants for group discussions around the critical organizational resilience themes of Leadership & Culture, Change-Readiness, Networks and Relationships.

Outcome:
The outcome of my presentation was overwhelmingly positive. The subsequent group work sessions resulted in insightful exchanges, innovative solutions, a greater awareness of the challenges and opportunities that STI Freight Management leadership and their teams face, and a sense of optimism to overcome and capitalize on them together.

The desired outcome was to empower the STI Freight Management cross-functional global leadership team, consisting of Managing Directors, Finance Director, Vice President, Senior Manager, Business Support, HR Manager, IT Manager and HR Director of Global Operations, to design, lead and implement change within their respective local regions using best practice change management principles and insights.​
